[Remote] Senior Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in leading IT projects and managing cloud infrastructure projects to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage expectations and requirements of multiple project stakeholders (to include internal, partner and customer sponsors and stakeholders)Plan and implement IT solution development projectsClose collaboration and alignment with the delivery and sales team leadership to drive consistent business value for our customers and support the overall business goals and strategy of PresidioBuild and maintain schedules (with knowledge of relevant tools)Lead resolution of issues/escalations related to budget, schedule, and scopeOversee the activities of various stakeholders (Scrum meetings, project meetings, technical deep dive sessions, etc.)Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met and escalate to Presidio leadership when necessaryMaintain detailed, comprehensive project documentation and reports using project management toolsServe as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projectsLead cross-functional, virtual, and offshore teamsDevelop comprehensive project plans to track project tasks, schedule, risks, and issues to be shared with the project team and client teamEnsure that projects align with Presidio overall strategic objectivesAct as a trusted advisor to clients — guiding them through business challenges, clarifying desired outcomes, and shaping project delivery to drive measurable valueFoster a consultative partnership with customers by understanding their business objectives, proactively identifying opportunities, and ensuring solutions align with strategic goalsChampion a customer-first approach across all project phases — ensuring every decision, communication, and milestone contributes to client satisfaction and long-term relationship successSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience7+ years of experience in IT project management and general IT consultingDemonstrable skills across project management standard methodologies (Project Management Institute defined), Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall)Ability to manage Agile/Scrum/Kanban/Waterfall (Depending on client environment) processes to effectively deliver new applications and app modernization projectsProficient in Confluence, Jira and Microsoft Project for project goal and timeline trackingFamiliarity with Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, Trello, Teamwork, Zoho and similar project management toolsets to manage project tracking, key performance indicators, project budget, resources, and timelinesExperience working with the Microsoft Office suite of tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)PMP or similar professional certificationCSM or similar professional certificationAWS Cloud Practitioner or similar certificationAzure Fundamentals or similar certificationExperience leading projects which leverage AWS and/or Azure technologiesStrong time management, analytical, communication, thought leadership, team building, motivational and customer service skillsExcellent client-facing communication and relationship building skillsAbility to learn quickly, adapt to change and have ownership of staying up-to-date on current and emerging technologies and tools as they relate to our business and project needsDemonstrated consultative mindset – able to understand client challenges, connect technology solutions to business outcomes, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the engagementCustomer-first orientation – consistently prioritizes client success, builds empathy-driven relationships, and proactively drives alignment across stakeholders to ensure an exceptional experiencePassion, creativity, energy, and enthusiasm towards collaborating on the exciting growth and development of our companyA desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, solutions and understand the business needs of our customersAdaptability to our overall vision, goals and dynamic culture and environmentCompany OverviewPresidio provides managed services and network solutions technologies.
