[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zaelab is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise delivery initiatives within key strategic accounts. This role will oversee multiple Agile delivery teams and ensure successful execution of large-scale digital transformation programs while managing project financials.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiativesManage multiple Agile development teams, ensuring delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs are proactively addressedOwn project financials, including budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reportingPartner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project executionFacilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid Agile and traditional project environmentsIdentify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholdersFoster collaboration across technical and business teams, helping unify delivery teams around shared goals and outcomesCreate executive-level reporting and communicate project health, status, and forecasts effectivelySupport continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfactionSkills8–12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programsExperience managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects rather than purely operational or managed-service engagementsStrong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approachesProven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reportingDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholdersExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyExperience delivering CPQ implementations (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms)Experience with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation programsConsulting services or systems integrator backgroundExperience working with distributed and offshore delivery teamsBenefitsUnlimited Vacation/PTOFull Health Benefits and 401k Fixed Percentage Plan (USA only) RRSP (Canada)Fully remote and distributed teamsPaid Parental LeaveOngoing training and education opportunities0% Bureaucracy Culture - Focus is on responsibilities, not titleCompany OverviewWin by accelerating your B2B digital commerce innovation It was founded in 2010, and is headquartered in Westport, Connecticut, USA, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
