[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Element Technologies is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Project Manager to lead and manage customer-facing projects from initiation through successful completion. The role requires strong project management expertise and exceptional stakeholder management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closureDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, budgets, and communication strategiesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standardsManage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities effectivelyServe as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycleBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, executive stakeholders, vendors, and internal teamsConduct regular project status meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive updatesManage customer expectations and ensure high levels of customer satisfactionSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related fieldPMP (Project Management Professional) Certification – MandatoryMinimum 7 years of customer project management experienceMinimum 10 years of overall project management experienceProven experience managing large-scale customer-facing projects from initiation to completionStrong experience managing project budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholder communicationsExperience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teamsExperience working with enterprise customers and strategic accountsAgile, Scrum Master, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certificationsExperience managing Digital Transformation, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure, ERP, CRM, Data Management, or Enterprise Software projectsExperience working with global delivery and offshore teamsCompany OverviewElement Technologies is a business management consultancy.
