[Remote] Senior Project Manager

As a Senior Project Manager, you will manage application and infrastructure projects to meet client business objectives and ensure quality deliverables while leading cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing Application and Infrastructure projects to meet MMIS client business objectivesDefine project scope, and deliverables aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirementsDevelop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones; Prepare and maintain project documentation including Scope Statement, RAID logs, Project reporting and project change controlLead and coordinate cross-functional team members; Establish staffing plans and manage resource allocations (plan vs. actual) variance reporting/Lead crossMonitor progress, track milestones, and adjust plans to address changes in requirementsInterface with the client, company and project team leadership, measuring and communicating project metrics and recommending program changes as neededDrive the quality of project deliverables across all phases of the program by creating objectives, schedules, program definitions and budgetsHelp ensure project timeliness and quality by identifying and mitigating risk through status reporting and project updatesPrepare detailed SOW for clients and obtain agreement and approval from stakeholders on the scope of that workSkills5-10 years Project Management experience leading both application/infrastructure projects using SDLC, Waterfall/Hybrid methodologyExperience with MMIS or similar healthcare information system is highly desirableStrong communication and organizational skillsProject Management Tools: MS Project, MS Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, and ServiceNowStrong knowledge in project management methodology such as Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)Leadership to train, guide and mentor the work of junior colleaguesStrong executive presenter who communicates ideas clearlyCreative problem-solver who thrives on defining structure from ambiguityBenefitsGenerous, flexible vacation policyEducational assistanceComprehensive leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilities401(k) employer matchComprehensive health benefitsA variety of leadership and technical development academies to help build your skills and capabilitiesCompany OverviewGainwell Technologies is a provider of Information Technology & Services.
