[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Hollstadt Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and own the development of project scope statements and manage project schedules and budgets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project completion on time and on budget while actively addressing any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesContribute, lead and own the development of program/project scope statements (e.g., program/project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document), Project/Program Plans, Communication Plans and Status/Issue ReportingCoordinate, own and provide input on project/program schedule, budget, scope, benefit and qualityDevelop, coordinate and complete assigned project/program work on time and on budget with assigned resourcesDevelop/contribute to project budgets/forecasts, drive capture of project economics (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, capital planning, staffing impact analysis/assessment) and assist in obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholdersActively address issues, challenges and problems that arise during course of project/program. Own finding the right resources to resolve the issue, escalate when necessary, drive issues to closureSkills5+ years project management experience or similar experiencePrevious experience in a cross-matrixed enterprise environmentStrong executive communication and presentation skills with demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and conciselyExcellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple prioritiesAbility to gain acceptance for ideas, plans, and actions and implement across organizational boundariesBusiness operations strategy definition and execution in a matrixed organizationExperience with SmartsheetsCompany OverviewHollstadt Consulting, a woman-owned firm in Minnesota.
