[Remote] Senior Project Manager

Plat4mation Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex ServiceNow delivery engagements and drive successful, measurable outcomes for clients. In this role, you will own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale or multiple concurrent projects, ensuring strong governance, effective stakeholder alignment, and high-quality execution.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects, ensuring success across scope, timeline, quality, and customer satisfactionLeads large-scale or multiple concurrent projects, driving structured execution, governance, and alignment to client business outcomesDeliver full lifecycle of large or multiple projectsManage multi-workstream and cross-functional deliveryEnsure delivery meets scope, timeline, and quality targetsOwn RAID log and governance structureDrive proactive risk identification and mitigationLead escalation and decision forums (Steering Committees)Maintain project plans, milestones, and roadmapsProvide executive-level reportingUse data to drive delivery decisionsAct as a trusted advisorManage senior stakeholders & prioritiesSupport engagement growth opportunitiesApply Agile, Scrum or hybrid methodologiesSupport business readiness and adoptionMaintain strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilitiesSkills5–10 years project management experienceExperience managing large-scale IT / Service projects, both strategic and tacticalStrong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its modules, and capabilitiesExperience with ServiceNow implementations, especially ITSM, ITBM, HR, Finance, and CSM modulesScrum Master, PMI, or PMP certificates are a plusCompany OverviewPlat4mation B.V. is an elite ServiceNow Partner dedicated to delivering world-class products and services for the ServiceNow platform.
