[Remote] Senior Program Manager, Technical Alliances Operations & Strategy

As a Senior Program Manager, you will lead cross-functional programs that enable strategic technology partnerships and drive efficiency in complex projects.ResponsibilitiesLead, drive and track complex, cross functional, cross-company technical alliance programs ensuring alignment across product management, engineering, support, finance, legal, marketing and sales as well as executive stakeholdersPartner closely with Alliance Managers and Alliance partners to strategize and identify GTM opportunities and use-cases to integrate technologies and deliver scalable, joint solutions that address customer needsPlan, coordinate, and manage program timelines, risks, dependencies, and governance models across internal teams and external partnersAnticipate challenges and proactively mitigate risks through analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and clear execution plansLead and motivate teams through complex technical and operational initiatives, balancing competing priorities, and managing stakeholder expectationsProvide clear, timely communication and executive level status updates, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insightsBuild trusted relationships with cross functional teams including product management, engineering, finance, legal, marketing, and sales leadersBoost productivity by leveraging AI-driven tools and automation across workflowsDrive continuous improvement by evolving program management processes, templates, and best practices based on lessons learned and retrospectiveSkills10+ years of prior work experience in a professional office environment with executive stakeholders, product development, and partner ecosystemsDemonstrable organization and great attention to detail and quality of work outputAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities on a regular basis with confidence, urgency, and professionalismAbility and desire to quickly learn new systems and technologiesComfortable pushing back and/or escalating in appropriate situationsComfortable with working through ambiguity and finding solutionsBachelor's degree requiredExperience working in a Consulting or Project / Program Manager role preferredExperience working in the technology industry is required, and end user computing preferredStrong skills using MS Office suite, particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint, AI tools such as M365 Copilot Experience with Confluence, JIRA and SFDC are a plusProject Management Professional (PMP) is a strong plusBenefitsEmployee ownershipHealth insurance401k with matching contributionsDisability insurancePaid-time offGrowth opportunitiesMoreCompany OverviewOmnissa is a digital work platform.
