They are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Partner Services Success Americas to enhance partner-led services by driving execution, improving opportunity progression, and strengthening partner readiness across various teams.ResponsibilitiesDrive theater-level execution of partner-led services motions. You will inspect active opportunities, identify stalled deals, surface execution gaps, and ensure clear next steps and ownership across all stakeholdersEstablish and run regional inspection cadences, opportunity review rhythms, and escalation paths to improve visibility, accountability, and acceleration across partner-led services activitySupport strategic partners in maturing their services motions by identifying readiness gaps, tracking progress, and coordinating briefings to move partners from initial interest to repeatable executionBuild practical, field-facing playbooks, templates, and inspection guides that translate regional learnings into repeatable assets for broader global adoptionSkills7–10 years of experience in partner programs, channel operations, partner success, professional services, managed services, consulting/advisory, or SaaS GTM executionProven experience working across Sales, Channel, Services, and Partner organizations to drive execution without direct authorityA strong bias for action regarding opportunity inspection, cadence management, and executive-ready reportingExperience building practical field-facing playbooks, templates, and operating models that enable consistent execution at scaleStrong business acumen with the ability to simplify complex workflows and tailor messaging for regional and global stakeholdersComfortable working across time zones as neededExperience supporting partner-led professional services, managed services, co-delivery, or advisory services motionsBackground working with GSIs, National Solution Providers, VARs, MSSPs, or large enterprise SaaS partner ecosystemsTechnical familiarity with CRM, PRM, PSA, partner portals, and services attach tracking/reporting dashboardsBenefitsVarious health plansTime off plans for vacation and sick timeParental leave optionsRetirement optionsEducation reimbursementIn-office perks, and more!Company OverviewZscaler is a global cloud-based information security company that enables secure digital transformation for mobile and cloud.
