[Remote] Senior Program Manager, Health Information Technology (HIT) Programs

The Senior Program Manager for HIT Programs will guide community health providers in utilizing health technology to enhance patient care and operational efficiency, focusing on EHR systems and related tools.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Serve as a consultant to community health providers, delivering guidance and training on HIT solutions to optimize care delivery
ā¢ Lead HIT projects, including EHR implementations, system enhancements, and workflow optimizations
ā¢ Assess health center EHR configurations and workflows, providing clear, actionable recommendations
ā¢ Deliver engaging training sessions (both remote and in-person) to help health center staff maximize their HIT tools
ā¢ Develop best practice workflows and training materials tailored to community health center operations
ā¢ Facilitate peer-learning sessions and workgroups focused on data sharing and HIT best practices
ā¢ Guide health centers in leveraging HIT to support value-based care, interoperability, and compliance with reporting requirements
ā¢ Collaborate with stakeholders to advance HIT initiatives that improve clinical quality, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency
ā¢ Provide direct support to health centers in the U.S. Affiliated Pacific Islands (USAPI), ensuring successful EHR adoption and utilization
Skills
ā¢ Prior experience working in or with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) is required
ā¢ Extensive experience with eClinicalWorks in a primary care setting is required
ā¢ Proven project management experience is required
ā¢ Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and training skills are required
ā¢ Experience with EHR implementations and population health tools is required
ā¢ Bachelor's degree is preferred
ā¢ Experience with other EHRs, such as AthenaOne or NextGen, is strongly preferred
