[Remote] Senior Program Manager

The Sr. Program Manager will oversee the coordination and administration of implementation and custom development efforts for enterprise clients, ensuring that business requirements are understood and met by the technical team.ResponsibilitiesWork with Enterprise partners to determine feature set needsUnderstand business needs, and gather and interpret functional and technical requirementsUnderstand technical details concerning how our software works and the problems they solve for our clientsProvide program management support for complex integration and custom development effortsWrite functional requirement documents for Product Owners who break down the requirements into user stories for SCRUM teamsMentor and train Program ManagersIdentify and engage all key stakeholders, contributors, business and technical resources required for projects and ensure contributors are motivated to complete tasks within the parameters of the project planWork with Development to communicate partner needs and strategize on how to incorporate the needs into the existing platformCollaborate with business owners, financial planners and software engineers in the design and development of financial planning softwareWork with Software Engineering and Quality Assurance to ensure software implementations meet partner business requirementsWork with Software Engineering and Quality Assurance to configure and test enterprise-specific software installationsSupport QA with direction, support and writing of test cases in the areas of auditing and testingServe as Technical Support liaison to Customer Service regarding issue tracking and problem resolutionBe the single point of contact between the Enterprise partner and internal teamWork with PMO to coordinate resources between engineering, QA and self for the duration of the projectManage the project life cycle to ensure comprehensive, timely and high-quality outcomes for software project deliveryServe as informal project manager and communicate with both internal and external partners with project status and weekly status reportsServe as the point person and be on-call during the product releaseReview contracts pertaining to software functionality and write statements of work for custom partner workRemain current on technical and professional developments affecting areas of responsibilitySkillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience required6+ years' experience in a combination of program management, business analysts, project management and/or software application development in the financial services industryClear understanding of enterprise software implementation and technical servicesExperience with software application developmentStrong requirements gathering, analytical and diagnostic skillsAbility to work on multiple projects concurrently with competing prioritiesExperience working in a software development arena building Financial Software applicationsWorking knowledge of Financial Planning concepts or experience in the Financial Services industryBe able to wear multiple hats – program manager, project management, business analysis, specification writerExcellent written, oral, and listening communication skillsAbility to resolve conflicting end-user requirementsStrong analytical and diagnostic skillsTop notch organizational skills and ability to work within processesWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft VisioDetailed orientedTeam playerCompany OvervieweMoney Advisor Pennsylvania-based wealth planning system for financial advisors.
