[Remote] Senior Program Manager

They are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex enterprise initiatives, manage projects in Infrastructure and Applications, and ensure client service excellence through effective program engagement responsibilities.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with all direct and indirect stakeholdersAdvocate for client service excellenceDesign and own task board for all direct and indirect related workstreamsDevelop program charter with defined program requirements and objectivesEstablish program governance and communication plansDevelop project plan(s) and master integrated program planManage cross-organizational alignment and collaborationSuccessfully deliver project workstream and program objectivesProvide functional leadership and management oversight to strategic client program initiativesWork with internal team(s) and client to define tasks, responsibilities, and resource alignmentCreate, maintain, and facilitate project plans and schedules with clearly defined tasks, milestones, and target completion dates – leveraging Windval (or client) project management toolsAlign project plans in master integrated plan structure for management of multiple workstreams utilizing agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologiesProvide functional status report-outs to leadership and project teamsCapture key information and decisions for organized reporting, tracking, and documentation presentationDevelop program management runbook including vendor management, lifecycle, end-to-end process flows, organizational assessment, etcCoordinate across client organizations at all levels of leadership to schedule sessions for discovery, planning, status, delivery, etcCoordinate and guide key technical solution and design decisions with all teamsUnderstand work tasks and skills alignment of engagement team membersInterface with teams on potential collisions and blockers as identified and recommend solutions and maintain ownershipProvide overall leadership, guidance, and mentorship to client teams through program delivery workContinuous integration and coordination among multiple workstreams and maintain alignment with other related and dependent programsSkills5-10 years experience in leading infrastructure and application projects / programs with a minimum of $10MM budgetBachelors or Masters degree in Project Management, Informational Systems or Computer Science (or advanced technical degree) or Business Administration or relevant experienceCore focus in application project/program management with a background in infrastructure, platform technology, and/or technology managementPassionate about client engagement and creating demonstrable value for Windval clientsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skillsExcellent collaboration and skilled at leading teams through complex engagementsOrganized and methodical; strong prioritization and multi-tasking skillsOperates with a propensity for thoughtful action and high outputExperienced in building relationships with IT executives and decision-makersSelf-starter and self-directed ability within a fast-paced working environmentExperience running large application and or data migrations for mergers and acquisitionsProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationCSM or SAFe certificationData center migration, network transformation, data backup and recovery or AI implementation experienceCompany Overview"Advisory Consulting is the intersection of Management Consulting and Technology Expertise.
