[Remote] Senior Program Manager

They are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead high-visibility sustainment and analytics programs, overseeing complex projects and managing cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of complex sustainment and analytics programs for DoD and defense industry clientsDevelop and manage program roadmaps, budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure successful executionServe as the primary point of contact for government agencies, defense contractors, and internal leadershipDrive strategic program planning and risk management, ensuring alignment with mission objectives and contract requirementsOversee cross-functional teams, including logistics analysts, engineers, and data scientists, to ensure program successSupport DoD acquisition and sustainment programs, providing expertise in lifecycle logistics, readiness optimization, and sustainment analyticsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key DoD stakeholders, program offices, and industry partnersEnsure compliance with DoD acquisition policies, contract requirements, and program performance metricsIdentify and capture new business opportunities, contributing to the company’s growth and strategic initiativesPrepare and deliver high-impact briefings, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership and government officialsSkillsBachelor's or Master's degree in Program Management, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field10+ years of experience in program management, preferably within DoD acquisition, sustainment, or defense analyticsStrong knowledge of DoD acquisition lifecycle, logistics support, and sustainment planningProven ability to lead and manage complex programs, budgets, and cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with contract vehicles, funding processes, and DoD program officesAbility to engage and influence senior DoD stakeholders and industry executivesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skillsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience with predictive analytics, sustainment modeling, and lifecycle cost optimizationPMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent preferredActive security clearance or the ability to obtain one is a plusCompany OverviewSystecon North America, the flagship division of Systecon Group, significantly impacts the North American market, particularly in various military branches.
