[Remote] Senior Product Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Product Operations Specialist to drive operational excellence, enhance cross-functional delivery frameworks, and scale tools that empower the product organization in building financial wellness solutions.ResponsibilitiesOperations Leadership: Partner directly with the Head of Product to optimize organization efficiency, streamline internal workflows, support team leaders, and project-manage critical product operations initiativesStrategic Architecture & Roadmap Planning: Build and evolve the frameworks, tooling, and ways of working used for long-range strategic planning, roadmap prioritization and capacity planning.
