[Remote] Senior Product Operations Manager

The Senior Product Operations Manager will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the product organization, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and deliver high-impact products efficiently.ResponsibilitiesOwn and improve release operations across all products to ensure consistent, high-quality deliveryCoordinate release planning and execution, managing dependencies, risks, and timelines across teamsCommunicate release plans, risks, and changes clearly to ensure cross-functional alignmentSupports Pendo administration and tagging efforts across the platform, including creating/managing feature tags, validating implementation accuracy, and maintaining consistency in tracking standards and naming conventionsRefine product development and release processes to improve efficiency and scalabilityDefine and govern Product and Engineering Jira workflow standards, ticket hygiene requirements, and operational processesMonitor enterprise-wide compliance across the ticket ecosystem, define Airfocus/Jira views, and analyze KPIs to measure adherence, data quality, and process effectivenessTrack and analyze key metrics (e.g., predictability, cycle time) to drive continuous improvementPartners with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to troubleshoot tagging issues, QA instrumentation, and ensure product usage data is reliable for downstream reporting, adoption analysis, and user behavior insightsWill also align teams to ensure release readiness and smooth deliveryApply and evolve product and release management best practicesDrive alignment and improvements across teams without direct authoritySkills7+ years of experience in product management, program management, operations or owning and driving organizational processesEqually comfortable thinking about evolution of processes and rolling up your sleeves and getting into the weeds when neededExperience conceiving, developing, deploying, and owning new processes across product orgs and companies, and possessing strong change management skillsExperience using JIRA as the system of record for product & engineering roadmap workExperience administering Pendo or other similar product experience packagePossess strong organizational skills and the ability to lead and prioritize multiple projects and deadlinesProcess-driven with a focus on the details and data.
