Accountabilities • Lead Product Marketing Strategy: Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the enterprise SaaS market. • Partner Cross-Functionally: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure successful product launches. • Own Go-to-Market (GTM): Build and execute GTM plans for new products and features. • Be Hands-On: Work directly with your team to create key content and validate positioning. • Champion Market Insights: Lead customer and market research to inform product strategy. • Enable Sales and Customer Growth: Develop programs and tools that enhance customer engagement. • Drive Thought Leadership: Oversee creation of content that reinforces our market leadership. • Measure Impact: Define and track KPIs to ensure product marketing activities are effective. • Lead & Develop the Team: Build and mentor a high‑performing product marketing team. Requirements • 15+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, including 5+ years in senior product marketing roles. • Proven track record in driving GTM strategies that produce measurable growth. • Strong partnership and influencing skills with cross-functional leaders. • Ability to shift between strategic vision and tactical execution. • Data-driven mindset, using analytics and insights to guide decisions. • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills. • Experience with AI or AI-driven SaaS platforms is preferred.
