The Senior Product Marketing Manager will support the Director of Marketing by developing and executing marketing initiatives for the Globe® Pulsed Field System, ensuring clinical accuracy and effective communication across various teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport Strategic Messaging & PositioningTranslate EP workflows, clinical data, and competitive insights into accurate, compelling marketing contentEnsure all materials reflect the messaging and positioning strategyValidate clinical accuracy and competitive differentiation across commercial assetsLaunch Campaign ExecutionSupport the Director of Marketing in executing the integrated launch campaign for the Globe® SystemManage day‑to‑day coordination with agencies and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet strategic directionDevelop content, review creative, and ensure EP accuracy across campaign materialsAgency & Contractor ManagementServe as the primary execution partner for agency deliverables, ensuring alignment with briefs and strategyProvide EP expertise, feedback, and quality control on creative concepts, content, and materialsManage timelines, reviews, and cross‑functional approvalsSales Tools & Commercial MaterialsDevelop high‑quality sales tools including brochures, presentations, animations, recorded cases, conference posters, videos, and competitive messaging guidesEnsure all materials are evidence‑based, compliant, and optimized for sales effectivenessPartner with Sales leadership to identify needs and refine tools based on field feedbackConference Strategy & ExecutionSupport the Director of Marketing in planning and executing major EP conferences (AF Symposium, HRS, HRX etc.)Lead development of booth content, scientific messaging, and on‑site materials such as videos, posters, recorded cases and sales talk-tracksEnsure conference presence reflects EP credibility and aligns with launch objectivesCross‑Functional CollaborationWork closely with Clinical, Medical Affairs, Product and Sales to ensure accuracy and alignment across all physician‑facing materialsProvide EP expertise to support internal reviews, claims development, and competitive assessmentsSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field8+ years of experience in electrophysiology (marketing, clinical, commercial, or hybrid roles)Strong understanding of EP procedures, ablation technologies, and competitive landscapeDemonstrated ability to translate complex clinical concepts into clear, compelling marketing contentExperience developing sales tools and commercial materials for complex medical technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort working with physicians and clinical stakeholdersStrong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiativesAbility to travel domestically up to 25–35%Experience supporting product launches in EP or cardiologyExperience developing conference materials and managing event executionFamiliarity with compliance requirements related to healthcare marketing and HCP interactionsBenefits5% 401k contributionParticipate in Kardium’s stock option planComprehensive medical & dental coverage – for all permanent employees – effective as of Day 1, with no waiting period.Work-day flexibility3 personal days per yearSupport – for you (and your dependents) overall well-being.Career progression and learning support.Professional membership support.Company OverviewKardium has developed the Globe System - a revolutionary medical device for the diagnosis and treatment of atrial fibrillation. .
