The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving product positioning, go-to-market planning, and sales enablement to support the company's growth strategy and improve literacy outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOwn positioning, messaging, value propositions, and differentiation across assigned products and solution areasDevelop messaging frameworks and guidance to ensure consistency across customer-facing, partner-facing, and internal communicationsPartner with Product Management to translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and market differentiationServe as a steward of product messaging across the organizationLead go-to-market planning and execution for new products, product enhancements, pricing initiatives, and strategic programsDevelop launch plans, communication strategies, enablement resources, and supporting materialsCoordinate cross-functional activities and drive alignment across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teamsHelp ensure organizational readiness and successful execution of launches and key initiativesLead messaging and communication planning for major business initiatives, including product migrations, portfolio transitions, pricing updates, and customer lifecycle programsDevelop audience-specific communication plans and messaging strategies that support customer adoption and engagementFacilitate collaboration among stakeholders to ensure a consistent customer experience and coordinated executionSupport executive leaders by driving initiatives from planning through implementationDevelop and maintain sales presentations, battlecards, FAQs, competitive comparisons, talk tracks, and other enablement resourcesPartner with sales leadership to improve field readiness and messaging effectivenessSupport training and readiness efforts for Sales and Customer Success teamsProvide ongoing competitive and market insights to customer-facing teamsConduct market research, customer interviews, surveys, competitive analysis, and win/loss reviewsMonitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risksTranslate market insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Marketing, Sales, and executive leadershipCreate and manage product collateral, website content, case studies, customer stories, partner materials, and related assetsPartner with demand generation, field marketing, and digital teams to ensure product messaging is reflected across campaigns and programsMonitor the effectiveness of product marketing initiatives, launches, messaging, and enablement effortsUse data and analytics to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvementSkillsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Education, Communications, or a related field8-10 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or marketing strategyExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and bringing products, programs, or services to marketStrong communication, presentation, facilitation, and writing skillsDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams without direct authorityExperience developing positioning, messaging, sales enablement resources, and go-to-market plansStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisionsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and project leadershipExperience in K-12 education, educational publishing, or education technologyMBA or advanced degree preferred but not requiredPrior literacy education background a plus!BenefitsAn annual bonus or commissionA 401(k) retirement plan with employer matchMedical, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO, sick and paid holidaysEmployer paid life and short & long term disability insuranceLaptop for your home officeFlexible remote-first work cultureCompany OverviewEPS Learning offers literacy and math programs like SPIRE, Wordly Wise, and Coach.
