[Remote] Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Sage Group’s client is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, and sales enablement for their Fuels Operations Hub solution. This role will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to drive awareness, adoption, and growth across fuel distributors, petroleum marketers, and terminal operators.ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for Fuels Operations Hub, including market segmentation, ideal customer profile (ICP) development, launch planning, and competitive positioningPartner with Product Management to influence roadmap priorities through market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive analysisLead product launches from planning through execution, coordinating efforts across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teamsDefine, monitor, and communicate key GTM performance metrics including pipeline influence, win rates, competitive displacement, and sales cycle effectivenessDevelop differentiated positioning and messaging frameworks grounded in customer research, competitive intelligence, and their unique data capabilitiesTranslate complex fuel operations workflows and pricing dynamics into clear, compelling value propositions for multiple buyer personasBuild and maintain messaging frameworks that scale across web content, sales collateral, campaigns, events, and outbound programsConduct ongoing customer and market research through win/loss analysis, customer interviews, prospect discovery, and advisory discussionsOwn competitive intelligence efforts, including battle cards, competitor monitoring, and regular sales team briefingsMap buyer journeys and decision-making dynamics across key market segmentsDevelop and maintain sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI tools, competitive materials, objection-handling guides, demos, and sales playsDeliver training and enablement programs that improve sales effectiveness and accelerate onboardingSupport strategic sales opportunities through customized content and direct engagement when neededContribute to thought leadership initiatives through webinars, case studies, industry events, analyst engagements, and market commentarySkills7+ years of product marketing experience within B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or technology companies in the oil and gas industryAt least 3 years of experience supporting complex enterprise buying processes and stakeholdersProven success owning and executing go-to-market strategies from positioning and launch through measurement and optimizationStrong messaging, content development, and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical conceptsExperience building and scaling sales enablement programs that improve commercial effectivenessStrong analytical skills with experience leveraging market sizing, pricing, pipeline, and performance data to inform decisions and strategyProven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authorityExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skillsDomain expertise within energy, fuels, commodities, agriculture, logistics, or adjacent industriesExperience marketing workflow software, operational platforms, or enterprise SaaS solutionsFamiliarity with fuel pricing, terminal management, logistics, or fuel distribution operationsExperience presenting at industry conferences, webinars, or analyst briefingsStrong understanding of market dynamics impacting fuel marketers and distributorsCompany OverviewThe Sage Group, a 24 Seven company, is a leading talent solutions firm with a fine-tuned approach in the marketing, technology, and business operations space.
