[Remote] Senior Product Manager – Women’s Health (Mammography, Digital Innovation)

The Senior Product Manager will lead the strategy, development, and commercialization of next-generation digital innovations in mammography and women’s health imaging, focusing on enhancing breast imaging solutions and improving clinical workflows through automation.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a multi-year product strategy and roadmap for digital mammography solutions, including AI-enabled applications, workflow tools, and integrated platformsOwn upstream product strategy, including roadmap prioritization, understanding customer pains/gains, product market fit, and business case developmentAct as the voice of the customer in product decisionsIdentify unmet clinical and operational needs across the breast care continuum (screening, diagnosis, reporting, follow-up), ensuring solutions reflect diverse patient populations and care settingsTranslate market insights, customer feedback, and clinical trends into differentiated and impactful product offeringsLead cross-functional teams (engineering, clinical, UX, regulatory, finance, and R&D) to develop scalable digital solutionsDevelop and present comprehensive business plans, including market sizing, financial modeling, and ROI justification for new product initiativesDefine value propositions, pricing strategies, and support go-to-market activities in partnership with commercial teamsChampion interoperability and ecosystem integration (PACS, RIS, EMRs, cloud platforms)Identify, evaluate, and support execution of strategic partnerships, alliances, and potential acquisitionsManage and navigate complex third-party relationships, including build vs. buy vs. partner decisionsCollaborate with startups, academia, and technology partners to accelerate innovationPartner with global commercial and regional teams to drive adoption and revenue growthBuild strong relationships with radiologists, breast imaging specialists, and healthcare leaders across diverse communitiesEngage in industry forums and thought leadership initiativesPartner with regulatory and quality teams to support product approvals and lifecycle managementSkillsBachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field8+ years of experience in product management, strategy, or innovation rolesProven track record delivering digital or software-enabled productsExperience in healthcare, MedTech, clinical environments, or other regulated industries requiredExperience developing business cases or business plans to support product strategy decisionsExperience in MedTech, healthcare imaging, or digital healthExperience with mammography, breast imaging, or women's health workflows strongly preferredClinical exposure (e.g., radiology technologist or direct work with imaging environments) highly valuedAdvanced degree (MS, MBA, or PhD) is a plusStrong understanding of medical imaging workflows and clinical environmentsExperience with AI/ML-based healthcare solutionsDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix organizationExperience working with external partners, ecosystems, or alliancesCommercial acumen with experience in product launches and lifecycle managementStrong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersBenefitsPerformance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI)MedicalDentalVisionPaid time offA 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunitiesLife, disability, and accident insuranceTuition reimbursementRelocation Assistance Provided: YesCompany OverviewGE Healthcare is a multinational company that manufactures wide range of medical equipment.
