Dice is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Supply Chain with Logistics and AI to work with senior Operations stakeholders across various teams. The role involves leading the development of innovative product features and identifying automation opportunities to enhance supply chain systems.ResponsibilitiesThe Product Manager - Supply Chain & Logistics will play a key role in defining, building, and enhancing logistics and warehousing product capabilitiesRepresent the business point of view when designing and collaborating with other Product and Engineering teams, including integration partnersServes as BPO for Supply Chain to help with prioritizing initiatives based on the valueParticipate in internal process improvement initiatives to improve planning, reporting, analytics, and technical aspects of supply chain processesConduct regular research on warehousing & distribution industry trends including customer demands and competitive analysis, ensuring our supply chain product strategy aligns with market needs and company goalsOwn the end-to-end product lifecycle management for supply chain productsWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations, high-level context, and playing with data is essentialEnsure on-time delivery and high-quality releasesAfter launch, continuously track performance, gather user feedback, and analyze data to enhance product features and optimize performanceDrives clarity & alignment with large cross-functional teams through excellent communicationWorks on complex issues where analysis of situations, high-level context, and playing with data is essentialStay up to date with emerging technologies in the supply chain space (e.g., automation, big data, AI) and explore ways to apply them to enhance product competitivenessSkillsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field5-8 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management5+ years' experience in Supply Chain domain-(Warehousing)Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analyticsProven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environmentStrong verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical peopleAbility to establish and manage initiatives against a set of key metrics and goalsExperience with Design Thinking, user-centered design & user analysisAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environmentQuick learner with the ability to disseminate best practices across teamsAny experience in supporting ecommerce fulfillment, Order Management capabilitiesBenefitsNeed to go onsite for 3 days, client will take care of expenses.Company OverviewDice is the go-to career marketplace for tech professionals.
