As a Senior Product Manager for Resident Intake & Retention, you will oversee the product lifecycle from vision to execution, driving outcomes in acquisition, retention, and revenue performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Resident Intake & Retention domain across the full product lifecycleDrive roadmap prioritization and trade-offs to deliver measurable impact across acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenueOwn product performance against key KPIs, including revenue, adoption, usage, and customer retentionDevelop and evolve pricing, packaging, and value propositions to optimize business outcomesBuild deep customer and market insight through ongoing research, customer engagement, and win/loss analysisLead data-informed, hypothesis-driven product development, using experimentation and metrics to guide decisionsPartner with Product Owners, Engineering, Quality, and Design to ensure clear direction, strong execution, and high-quality deliveryCollaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to align priorities, support positioning, and deliver customer and business valueSkills5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS environmentsProven experience owning a product or product area across the full lifecycleStrong commercial acumen, including experience with pricing, business cases, and financial outcomesDemonstrated ability to manage products against KPIs (revenue, adoption, retention, etc.)Strong business judgment - ability to simplify complexity and focus on what matters mostDeep experience in customer discovery, market analysis, and data-informed decision-makingExcellent communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functionsHigh ownership mindset with a bias toward action and resultsExperience working in scale-ups or growth-stage product environmentsExperience working on funnel optimization, product-led growth, and partnership-driven growthFamiliarity with experimentation practices and hypothesis-driven developmentExperience working with operational or multi-sided platformsBenefitsFull benefits including health care, paid time off, life insurance, and 401k plan with company match for eligible team members.A supportive team environment with emphasis on learning and development opportunitiesCompany OverviewWe help create thriving residential communities.
