They are seeking a Senior Product Manager responsible for driving the success of key components of their next-generation learning platform, collaborating closely with product teams to create impactful customer experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product delivery: Own discovery through design, development, and measurement of post-launch success criteriaPrototype with AI: Leverage AI-assisted tools to rapidly prototype concepts, accelerate feedback loops, and reduce time from idea to validated solutionDrive pre-development estimation: Lead exercises that inform business trade-off discussions and scope conversationsLead customer & market research: Conduct discovery sessions and market research specific to your product areasDefine requirements: Translate business and functional requirements into clear, actionable user stories for development teamsCommunicate progress: Provide regular product updates and roadmap progress to stakeholders across the organizationOwn prioritization: Balance stakeholder needs, business value, and level of effort to make clear, defensible calls on what gets built and whenDefine & track metrics: Establish and monitor key product metrics within your product areaBuild trusted relationships: Collaborate across leadership, engineering, and customer success to drive alignmentChampion continuous improvement: Guide process improvements within your development teams and across the product organizationSkillsAt least 10 years of experience in a software Product Manager role with proven end-to-end ownership from discovery through deliveryYou've brought a successful AI product or feature to market and have a deep understanding of current AI tools and how to leverage them effectively in your daily PM workStrong technical background with proven ability to work successfully with engineering teams.
