[Remote] Senior Product Manager – Platform Services

The Senior Product Manager – Platform Services will contribute to the vision and strategy of foundational platform capabilities, define roadmaps, and drive the execution of APIs and shared services to deliver value for users and customers.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand company strategy and own the strategy and multi-year roadmap for your product areas, to achieve strategic outcomes and increase wallet shareUse qualitative and quantitative techniques to understand current and future customer and user needs and pain pointsPrioritize product investments and tradeoffs using data-driven analysis and good judgement to create a compelling business case and quantify return on investmentEngage with User Experience, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging modern agile processes and Design Thinking and ensure concepts are valuable and feasibleLiaise with Software Commercialization, Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, and other functions to ensure successful product launches and releasesUnderstand the broader product portfolio and how solutions work together to create value for customersParticipate in industry events, and lead customer and partner facing engagements as a product expertUnderstand competitive landscapeInspire, energize, and motivate cross-functional teamsSkillsBachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field of study5+ years of Software Product Management experience, with prior experience building platform services, shared APIs, or other developer-facing capabilitiesStrong technical foundation, including working knowledge of APIs, identity and access, and workflow orchestrationProven track record of managing products, innovation, and a general curiosity and drive for building great productsDemonstrated fluency with modern AI tools such as Claude, and a habit of using them to bring efficiency and leverage to day-to-day product work — including research, analysis, writing, and stakeholder communicationStrong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholdersSolid understanding of Agile practices is required and familiarity with Design Thinking is a plusExperience managing SaaS or PaaS productsExperience working in healthcare technology is a plusBenefitsBenefits starting from Day 1Retirement Plan Matching (RRSP & 401K)Flexible Paid Time OffLifestyle/Wellness Spending AccountParental & Caregiver LeavesFertility & Adoption SupportContinuous Development Support ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramLearning Programs & ResourcesEmployee Recognition … and more!Company OverviewPointClickCare develops web-based products and services to help long-term care providers manage the complete lifecycle of resident care.
