[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Payer or Provider - Network Strategy and Optimization - Remote

The Senior Product Manager for Network Strategy & Optimization will own the strategy and execution of the Network Optimization module, collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance provider networks and drive data-driven decisions.ResponsibilitiesOwns the product vision and strategy for the Network Optimization module within Value Connect, with clear accountability for business value, client relevance, and module performanceDefines clear product goals, problem statements, and outcome-based success measures tied to network cost, access, performance, and operational efficiencyIdentifies and prioritizes optimization use cases such as network adequacy, steerage, leakage reduction, provider performance, cost efficiency, and cost-of-care improvementPartners with network, actuarial, clinical, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions align to real-world network management workflows, analytics needs, and decision-making processesUses customer, market, competitive, and performance insights to inform product tradeoffs, sequencing decisions, and ongoing optimization strategyOwns the end-to-end product roadmap and backlog for the Network Optimization module, from roadmap definition through sprint-level executionDrives prioritization across the product roadmap, product backlog, and sprint backlog based on business value, technical feasibility, data readiness, and delivery riskEnsures delivery sequencing maximizes measurable financial impact, customer adoption, usability, and operational performancePartners with engineering, UX, and data science to define delivery plans, success metrics, and acceptance criteria tied to network optimization outcomesActively manages delivery risks and sequencing decisions tied to data availability, model readiness, integration dependencies, and cross-team capacity constraintsServes as the primary product partner to engineering, UX, and data science teams delivering network optimization analytics, workflows, and decision-support capabilitiesTranslates optimization use cases into clear functional requirements, workflow expectations, data needs, and acceptance criteriaEnsures solutions align to Value Connect shared data models, analytics standards, and architectural patterns to support scale and reuseIdentifies opportunities to reuse data assets, analytical logic, and workflows across Value Connect modules where it improves consistency and speed to valueBalances near-term delivery with long-term scalability, performance, explainability, and data quality across analytics-driven capabilitiesApplies agile product management best practices to drive predictable, high-quality delivery of network optimization capabilitiesReinforces a shared Definition of Done for analytics-driven features, models, and insights in partnership with engineering and data teamsUses agile planning and product development tools to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery transparency across workstreamsPartners with delivery leadership on capacity planning, sequencing, and execution readiness across engineering, analytics, and integration workstreamsIdentifies execution risks related to data availability, model readiness, integration dependencies, or decision latency and drives mitigation plans earlyOwns success metrics for the Network Optimization module, including financial impact, adoption, usability, operational performance, and value realizationRuns continuous discovery, testing, and validation to ensure the team is solving the highest-value network optimization problemsPartners with internal and external stakeholders to validate product direction, workflow usability, and the value of optimization insights in real-world useDrives continuous improvement of optimization capabilities based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and adoption trendsCommunicates product outcomes, tradeoffs, progress, and risks clearly and credibly across highly matrixed senior stakeholdersCollaborates closely with engineering, data science, network operations, actuarial, clinical, and business teamsCommunicates product decisions, tradeoffs, and progress related to the Network Optimization module to senior stakeholdersAnticipates cross-module dependencies and proactively addresses alignment challenges within Value ConnectNavigates competing priorities through data-driven, customer-centric decision-makingSkills10+ years of experience in healthcare, including product management, technology, or analytics-driven environments5+ years in product management roles supporting complex, data-driven healthcare products or platforms5+ years of experience in payer and/or provider network domains, with solid expertise in network data, workflows, performance management, cost-of-care, and network optimization analytics5+ years supporting go-to-market activities, including product positioning, value proposition development, client-facing demos, and sales enablement in partnership with product marketingDemonstrated experience translating network and healthcare analytics, along with complex business problems, into product strategy, roadmap decisions, and measurable business outcomesExperience bridging technical and non-technical audiences, including translating complex network and analytics concepts for business, commercial, and client stakeholdersProven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, analytics, UX, and business stakeholders in a highly matrixed environmentProven solid track record of product commercialization and solution delivery, bringing analytics-driven and network-focused products to market successfullyProven clear and credible communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts and influence diverse stakeholder groupsSolid product strategy ownership for analytics-driven healthcare products with clear success measures and business outcomesDeep understanding of payer and provider network management and analytics use cases, including network adequacy, steerage, leakage, provider performance, cost efficiency, and cost-of-careAbility to translate complex network, actuarial, clinical, and analytical concepts into scalable product requirements, workflows, and decisionsExperience owning roadmap and backlog
