The Senior Product Manager, Monetization & Growth will own key product experiences that drive customer acquisition, conversion, monetization, expansion, and retention across Crunchbase's product-led growth motion.ResponsibilitiesOwn product experiences and systems that influence acquisition, conversion, monetization, expansion, and retentionDevelop and evolve monetization strategies across pricing, packaging, subscriptions, billing, and account growth experiencesIdentify opportunities to improve customer value realization while driving business growthPrioritize initiatives based on customer impact, revenue opportunity, and strategic alignmentLead the design, testing, and optimization of pricing and packaging models across products and customer segmentsOwn product requirements and execution for pricing, packaging, billing, checkout, upgrade, downgrade, and cancellation experiencesPartner with Engineering and Finance to ensure accurate implementation of monetization systems and policiesMonitor pricing performance and recommend changes based on customer behavior, market dynamics, and business goalsOwn self-service growth opportunities across the customer journey, including acquisition, onboarding, activation, conversion, and expansionIdentify and optimize friction points within key conversion funnelsPartner with Marketing and Revenue teams to improve growth experiences across web, product, and lifecycle touchpointsEvaluate emerging opportunities such as AI search, answer engine optimization (AEO), and new customer acquisition channelsOwn enterprise administration capabilities that support team management, user provisioning, permissions, billing administration, and account governancePartner with Revenue and Customer Success teams to identify opportunities that improve account expansion and team adoptionImprove administrative experiences that support both self-service and sales-assisted customer motionsLeverage analytics, experimentation, and AI-powered tools to understand customer behavior, usage patterns, conversion drivers, and pricing sensitivityDefine success metrics and monitor business performance across monetization and growth initiativesUse data and customer research to identify opportunities and validate product decisionsUtilize AI-enabled tools to accelerate research, analysis, experimentation, and product development workflowsPartner closely with Engineering, Design, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver growth and monetization initiativesAlign stakeholders around priorities, success metrics, and business outcomesCommunicate product strategy, tradeoffs, progress, and results to technical and non-technical audiencesPerforms other related duties as assignedSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of monetization, pricing, growth, billing, subscriptions, or related product areasIdeally includes owning payment or billing systems at meaningful scale (e.g. $10M+ ARR)Experience optimizing self-service customer journeys, including onboarding, conversion, checkout, upgrade, expansion, and retention experiencesExperience with subscription, usage-based, or hybrid SaaS business modelsExperience leveraging experimentation, analytics, and customer research to drive product decisionsExperience working cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsStrong understanding of product-led growth, monetization, pricing, packaging, and subscription business modelsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable product insightsExperience designing and optimizing customer journeys, conversion funnels, and growth experiencesUnderstanding of experimentation frameworks and data-driven product decision makingStrong product management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritization, delivery, and measurementAbility to balance customer experience, business outcomes, and technical constraintsDemonstrated curiosity and comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, research, and decision makingStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to operate effectively in ambiguous and evolving problem spacesExperience with enterprise administration, account management, team management, or governance capabilities preferredDomain expertise in SaaS, data platforms, sales intelligence,
