[Remote] Senior Product Manager - Merchant Strategy

KeyBank is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Merchant to lead the strategic planning, development, and management of merchant processing products and client service experiences. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy, partnering with stakeholders, and delivering scalable merchant solutions to drive growth across small business and micro-merchant segments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep expertise in Fiserv and third-party product platforms and configuration requirementsDesign, document, and execute scalable product enablement processesLead product commercialization for new releases, launches, and sales enablementCollaborate with marketing, training, communications, legal, compliance, and sales leadershipOwn revenue outcomes tied to product penetration across digital and branch channelsManage reporting and analytics to support growth and decision-makingSupport sales cycles through client discovery sessions and partner-integrated sales callsConsult with business leaders and management to obtain buy-in and input on recommended innovations and product portfolio enhancementsBuild and manage relationships with vendors and participate in the Vendor RFP process, negotiating and influencing vendor contractsMay present business cases and critical business updates to senior leadershipPartner closely with stakeholders to understand and document robust business requirementsWork with partners in procurement, technology and product to design solutionDirectly manage initiatives spanning across payment products or introducing net new capabilities through the product development lifecycle and support initiative transitions to product managers.
