[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Heart Health

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager for Heart Health to enhance cardiovascular health experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver science-backed features.ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with Science and Engineering teams to define and deliver next-generation heart health sensing and signal analysis capabilitiesTranslate scientific findings and physiological concepts into intuitive, meaningful product experiences that empower members to better understand their heart healthSupport discovery and development of new features spanning both wellness and regulated use casesContribute to the prioritization and delivery of roadmap initiatives, balancing scientific feasibility, user impact, and business opportunityPartner with Design to create user experiences that communicate complex heart health data with simplicity and empathyCollaborate with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality teams on product strategies that align with applicable regulatory frameworksCommunicate progress, insights, and tradeoffs effectively to leadership and cross-functional stakeholdersContribute to the broader Health Risk Detection strategy and align heart health workstreams with Oura’s mission to empower proactive health ownershipSkills5+ years of product management experience, ideally in connected health, digital biomarkers, or wearable sensingExperience delivering products or research-based features in cardiovascular health, fitness, or related physiological domainsStrong understanding of key cardiovascular signals (e.g., HRV, ECG, PPG, blood pressure estimation) and their application in consumer or regulated productsProven success translating early-stage scientific research into member-facing experiencesFamiliarity with the nuances between wellness and medical-grade products; experience with FDA or other regulatory processes is a plusExcellent collaboration and communication skills with scientists, engineers, designers, and cliniciansA passion for helping people live longer, healthier lives through actionable, science-backed insightsBenefitsCompetitive salary and equity packagesHealth, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resourcesAn Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends & family20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time offPaid sick leave and parental leaveCompany OverviewOura is an award-winning, fast-growing startup that helps people get up close and personal with their health.
