[Remote] Senior Product Manager - EDC

The Senior Product Manager for the EDC team will be responsible for designing innovative product features that enhance user experience and drive customer initiatives, ultimately supporting Veeva's leadership in cloud-based technology for the life sciences industry.ResponsibilitiesDesign and drive innovative product features based upon industry requirements across the entire Veeva EDC family of applicationsDirectly responsible for designing features that will provide rich user experience while maintaining a streamlined user interaction modelGenerate wireframes, product requirements, and direct functional designCommunicate specific, actionable requirements to members of the engineering teamDrive customer initiatives through the development teamInteract with Customers, Professional Services, Market Owners, and Sales to understand business needs and act as their primary development point of contactManage the definition and evolution of product integrations among Veeva EDC productsAnalyze requirements, prepare technical specifications, create development and testing plans based on interaction with Senior ManagementPerform market and competitive analysisDemonstrate product features to internal and external audiencesSkills5+ years of product management experience, preferably with a focus on B2B enterprise SaaS applicationsProven track record of managing all stages of the product lifecycle and successfully launching products or features that meet customer needsExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a clear vision and influence cross-functional teams without formal authorityExcellent spoken and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to make data-informed decisionsDirect experience and deep domain knowledge in clinical trials, gained from working at a pharmaceutical company, biotech, CRO, or a clinical technology providerExperience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of industry standards such as ICH GCP and FDA 21 CFR part 11Undergraduate or graduate degree in computer science or engineeringExperience with programming languages (Python, Java, SQL, …)Familiarity with the Veeva Vault Platform or other Veeva applicationsBenefitsMedical, dental, vision, and basic life insuranceFlexible PTO and company paid holidaysRetirement programs1% charitable giving programCompany OverviewVeeva delivers the industry cloud for life sciences with software, AI, data, and business consulting.
