We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with deep legal tech experience to lead Clio Docket from MVP through product-market fit and into scaled SMB adoption, defining how docket data, workflow automation, and AI come together in a unified litigation experience.ResponsibilitiesDefine and evolve Clio Docket’s vision as a core pillar of the Clio and Vincent ecosystem, positioning it as a workflow product rather than a data productIdentify the highest-value use cases for SMB litigators, starting with key states like CA, NY, TX, and FLDetermine where and how to expand docket data coverage into new U.S. jurisdictions, and what signals indicate product-market fit in eachOwn the roadmap across docket and document sync, auto-calendaring, deadline derivation, filing-triggered workflows and automation, and Vincent AI integrationsDrive prioritization based on customer value, coverage constraints, and adoption and revenue impactDesign product-led growth loops with built-in virality, including shared documents and matter-based expansionLaunch and iterate on the California pilot, identify the must-win workflows that drive adoption, and achieve strong activation within Clio Work, specifically matters connected to docketsShip high-impact features including auto-calendar adoption, filing-triggered drafting, and Vincent-powered insightsIdentify where Clio Docket can expand into new U.S. jurisdictions, testing what drives product-market fit as we bring docket data coverage to new statesSkills5 to 10 or more years in Product Management, including at least 3 years in legal tech and a track record of shipping products used by lawyersDeep understanding of litigation workflows: dockets, filings, deadlines, motions, case strategyProven experience building B2B SaaS productsStrong product instincts, with the ability to distinguish between an interesting feature and a workflow-changing productComfortable working with data-heavy products involving search, structured data, and unstructured dataExcellent at customer discovery, prioritization under constraints, and cross-functional leadershipExperience with docketing products such as Docket Alarm, Trellis, or UniCourtExperience with practice management systems such as Clio or MyCaseExperience with legal AI tools such as Harvey or LegoraA background in law (JD or equivalent) or extensive hands-on experience working with lawyersExperience with product-led growth in SMB SaaSExperience building integration-heavy or platform productsBenefitsCompetitive, equitable salary with top-tier health benefits, dental, and vision insuranceHybrid work environment, with expectation for local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Dublin, London, New York City and Sydney) to be in office min. twice per week.Flexible time off policy, with an encouraged 20 days off per year.$2000 annual counseling benefitRRSP matching and RESP contributionClioversary recognition program with special acknowledgement at 3, 5, 7, and 10 yearsCompany OverviewClio provides cloud-based legal practice management software, helping law firms manage cases, billing, and client relationships.
