They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to advance their leadership in Database Change Governance by owning strategic product areas such as ecosystem integrations and security compliance.ResponsibilitiesDefine and own roadmap and execution plans for ecosystem integrations, deployment connectors, policy content, compliance, security, and risk evaluation capabilitiesTranslate Liquibase’s strategic direction into clear product outcomes, phased initiatives, measurable business impact, and differentiated market positioningHelp establish Liquibase as the enterprise leader in Database Change Governance by clearly articulating customer pain, market opportunity, competitive differentiation, and business valueEngage deeply with enterprise customers, prospects, field teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand pain points across DevOps, data platforms, security, compliance, audit, and enterprise change managementTurn strategy into clear requirements, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, release plans, and measurable success criteriaPartner closely with engineering, architecture, design, documentation, security, customer success, sales, marketing, and leadership to deliver high-quality product capabilities to marketUse customer evidence, product telemetry, market analysis, competitive insight, adoption data, and business impact to prioritize product investmentsDefine and monitor KPIs that measure product success, including governance adoption, policy coverage, integration adoption, compliance workflow efficiency, enterprise expansion impact, and time-to-value for new enterprise customersSupport positioning, messaging, enablement, customer validation, and go-to-market execution in partnership with product marketing, sales, customer success, and leadershipSkills6+ years of product management experience delivering enterprise software products to marketProven track record owning product areas from discovery through launch, adoption, and iterationStrong understanding of enterprise ICP needs, especially Fortune 500 or regulated enterprise environmentsExperience working with DevOps, CI/CD, platform engineering, infrastructure, or data platform productsAbility to translate complex technical, security, and compliance requirements into clear product capabilitiesStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience using AI to improve product management workflows, such as customer discovery, research synthesis, competitive analysis, prototyping, or product executionAbility to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, design, go-to-market, and leadership teamsStrong execution discipline, flexibility, team orientation, and can-do attitudeExperience with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar platformsExperience with SIEM, observability, security operations, or audit platformsFamiliarity with Liquibase, Flyway, database migration tools, or enterprise change management workflowsExperience with policy-as-code, compliance automation, risk scoring, or governance platformsExperience with AI-assisted product workflows, LLMs, prompt engineering, or agentic AI technologiesBackground working with enterprise security, compliance, platform engineering, database administration, or audit stakeholdersExperience building ecosystem integrations, APIs, SDKs, or partner/platform capabilitiesBenefitsRemote First culture, potential for company-wide in-person gatheringsHome office allowance for remote workersMeaningful equityComprehensive health, vision, and dental benefits - country dependentGenerous paid time off and paid holidays401k match program (US only)No punks, no jerks cultureGrowth opportunities and ability to move up within the companyCompany OverviewLiquibase is the enterprise platform for governing database change across applications, data platforms, and AI workflows.
