They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and growth of College Pads, a marketplace platform serving Property Management Companies and Higher Education partners, focusing on product vision and marketplace performance.ResponsibilitiesOwn the performance and growth of a two-sided marketplace, balancing supply (Universities and PMCs) and demand (Students)Define and optimize monetization strategy, including pricing, packaging, and revenue growth leversDrive end-to-end acquisition and growth initiatives across both sides of the marketplaceBuild and scale a structured experimentation program to improve conversion, engagement, and revenueEstablish and track key product and business metrics, using data to inform roadmap prioritization and decision-makingLead cross-functional collaboration and execution across Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Go-To-Market teamsSkills5+ years of experience in product managementExperience in B2B2C or marketplace environments, leading end-to-end lifecycle ownership for products that serve institutional partners, commercial constituents, and individual end usersExperience owning or contributing to a marketplace, platform, or advertising-driven business modelExcellent communication and organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teamsProficiency with experimentation methodologies and tools (A/B, multivariate testing)Proficiency with product analytics tools, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business impactDemonstrated experience with growth and acquisition strategies, including SEO and paid channelsStrong understanding of funnel metrics and unit economics (e.g., CAC, LTV, conversion, retention)Experience in a product management role within a SaaS companyExperience working in or with higher education institutions and/or accommodation providersExperience scaling two-sided marketplaces, including supply-demand balancingFamiliarity with growth tooling ecosystems (e.g. experimentation vs analytics platforms)BenefitsFull benefits including health care, paid time off, life insurance, and 401k plan with company match for eligible team members.A supportive team environment with emphasis on learning and development opportunitiesCompany OverviewWe help create thriving residential communities.
