[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Client Configuration

The Senior Product Manager, Client Configuration will drive the development of a best-in-class client implementation and onboarding experience, focusing on scalable and resilient configuration capabilities in partnership with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesLead crossâfunctional and crossâenterprise teams in the development and execution of the Client Configuration roadmap within the Client Connection CenterOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Client Configuration, balancing new capability delivery with legacy system constraints and technical debtOwn endâtoâend release readiness for Client Configuration capabilities delivered through multiâwave project releases, including sequencing, cutover, stabilization, and hypercarePartner with Engineering and Operations to define cutover strategies, rollback plans, and parallelârun approaches that protect live client operationsProactively identify and manage crossâplatform dependencies across legacy systems, emerging capabilities, and thirdâparty vendorsContinuously evaluate market, client, and operational insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements, efficiency gains, and improved client outcomesManage backlog prioritization, write clear requirements and user stories, and make informed tradeoffs across business value, operational risk, and technical feasibilityPartner closely with Client Management and Operations to ensure operational and client readiness, including workflows, enablement, and adoptionIdentify, communicate, and mitigate clientâimpacting and operational risks associated with configuration changesSupport the transformation of raw data into actionable business and product insights to drive continuous improvementSkills5+ years of Product Management experience in an enterprise or B2B environment, preferably supporting operational or platform-based productsProven experience owning products that span multiple systems and operational teams, including legacy and modern architecturesStrong knowledge of data, analytics, and enterprise platforms with experience operationalizing automated data quality checks (validation rules, reconciliation, monitoring) to keep client configurations aligned across downstream systemsDemonstrated success delivering complex, multi-phase releases with live operational impactStrong experience with backlog ownership, requirements definition, and translating ambiguous needs into clear, actionable user stories and workflowsAbility to operate effectively in ambiguity, proactively identify gaps, and drive work forward with minimal directionStrong systems thinking and dependency management skills, with the ability to navigate cross-platform impacts and tradeoffsMetrics-driven mindset with the ability to define and track outcomes tied to company goalsExceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts for non-technical audiencesExperience with client lifecycle systems (configuration, onboarding, eligibility, revenue, or support)Experience building or scaling self-service client tools (e.g., client admin portals, guided configuration/onboarding workflows, in-product help) and applying AI/ML (including GenAI) to improve client or operational workflows, with an understanding of measurement, governance, and safe rollout practicesExperience contributing to enterprise transformation or platform modernization initiatives, especially in legacy-to-modern transition environmentsComfortable operating at the intersection of product, operations, and technologyExperience working with external vendors or system integratorsBenefitsEligible for a performance bonusBenefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal timeAll time off must be approved by your manager prior to use80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annuallyThis applies to full-time positions onlyCompany OverviewTeladoc is a telehealth platform that offers primary care, mental health, and chronic condition management services for patients.
