Champion improvement and scalability for new markets, services, and population launchesCultivate strong relationships with senior leaders, business leaders, and technical teams. Serve as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business recommendations. Ensure compliance, reliability, and scalability, managing operational risks and issue resolutionAnticipate and manage the impact of system changes, outages, and upgrades. Partner with IT and business teams to evaluate issues and escalate risksPrepare concise, status reports and summaries.
