[Remote] Senior Product Manager

Consilio LLC is a technology company seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap for their proprietary software applications. This role involves understanding client and stakeholder needs, managing product requirements, and leading cross-functional teams through the software development process.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate strategy conversations and be a caretaker of the businessâ product roadmapHarvest and curate both external client inputs and internal stakeholder inputs, and synthesize those into discrete, prioritized epic level requirementsAct as the voice of the customer turning those various inputs into coherent product requirements, and product positioning strategyManage the prioritized backlog of requests, ideas, and defects - and condition each into articulated tickets that are pushed into Engineering and QADefine business cases, scope, market requirements, and acceptance criteria/success metrics for releases within the stated scopeServe as the Product Lead through agile software development processes. Partner with the Technical Product Owner, UX design, development, data operations, architecture, QA, and IT Project Management to execute against organizational prioritiesCreate rapid prototype apps with AI to demonstrate front end design and user workflowsSupport cross-functional operations team readiness (training, certification) as new products and releases are brought to marketBecome a company expert on external buyers and user personas, including how they buy / use the products, buying criteria and market forcesEvaluate 3rd party software providersâ technology and product messagingConduct and benchmark technical and positioning competitive analysis and communicate learnings across the organizationGenerate original authored, external client- and internal stakeholder-facing featured article, selling and training content consistent with our positioning and highlighting key product featuresUnderstand core usage metrics of all solutions within the defined scope. Understand core business metrics such as revenue, billed and unbilled labor hours, gross margins, rework, etcSupport RFP/RFI responsesSkillsMust have 10+ years of professional experience, including 8+ years of progressive experience as a product managerMust have a strong technical background with understanding of data structures, predictive analytics, enterprise web software, and database applicationsMust have experience in an agile software development environment in a Product Owner role with working knowledge of agile processes (preferably experience with the Scrum framework)Must have Computer Science, Engineering, or related bachelor's degree; or equivalent experienceMust be able to prove depth of knowledge in software development lifecycleMust be able to demonstrate effectiveness at writing business requirementsMust have outstanding referencesMust be excellent at prioritizing work to that which is most meaningful and impactful to our businessMust show exceptional partnering skills, demonstrate ability to influence and facilitate change in a global organizationMust exhibit comfort demoing product and presenting in front of discerning external and internal audiencesMust be able to assemble disparate data points into a unified, cogent vision of how the business ought to proceedStrong project management and organizational skills.
