The role involves defining and executing product vision, strategy, and objectives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful healthcare solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead product initiatives from discovery through delivery and continuous improvementCollaborate with business partners, end users, designers, and engineers to ensure solutions achieve desired business outcomesFacilitate story mapping and backlog refinement activities to break down work into actionable development tasksIdentify and manage cross-functional dependencies that impact product deliveryParticipate in roadmap planning, sprint planning, and agile ceremoniesPartner with Legal, Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to ensure products meet all regulatory and organizational requirementsGuide the development of user-facing communications, training materials, and feature adoption strategiesMonitor product performance and drive continuous optimization based on user feedback and business metricsPartner with Product Leadership to refine and execute product vision, strategy, and OKRsCollaborate with Engineering, UX, and Research teams to uncover user needs, pain points, and opportunitiesConduct product discovery activities, including user interviews, shadowing sessions, and stakeholder workshopsWork closely with UX teams to create intuitive experiences validated through rapid feedback cycles and usability testingEngage with clinical, operational, provider, and business stakeholders to understand workflows and identify high-value problems to solveDevelop a deep understanding of business objectives and translate them into product strategies that deliver measurable impactPrioritize opportunities based on customer needs, business value, technical feasibility, and organizational goalsSkills4+ years of product management experience in an Agile environment focused on digital productsStrong business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and a desire to lead through influenceExceptional problem-solving, organizational, and communication skillsProven ability to inspire teams by communicating the purpose and value behind product decisionsExperience managing multiple priorities and delivering results in fast-paced environmentsAbility to thrive in organizations undergoing rapid growth and changeDemonstrated success building expertise in unfamiliar domains and navigating complex problem spacesStrong relationship-building skills with experience partnering across technical, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholder groupsExperience writing product requirements, user stories, feature specifications, and business casesExperience supporting the development and delivery of web and/or mobile applicationsExperience building healthcare technology productsExperience leading 0-to-1 product development initiatives from concept through launchExperience working with healthcare providers, clinical operations, or patient-facing productsKnowledge of nephrology workflows, kidney care practices, or renal patient populationsExperience using or integrating with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systemsAdvanced proficiency with data analysis, spreadsheets, presentations, and product management toolsIndustry expertise can be a valuable substitute for direct product management experience.
