They are seeking a Senior Product Engineer to lead product development, own data and analytics infrastructure, and drive architectural decisions to enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and delivery of major features across our Ruby on Rails web app and React Native mobile appOwn data and analytics as a core part of the role—build and maintain the reporting, dashboards, and underlying data models the entire organization relies on to make decisionsPartner with product and clinical leadership to shape roadmap and translate operational strategy into technical directionOwn architecture and technical decisions for your areas; balance speed, scalability, and maintainabilitySet the standard for how the team uses AI coding tools to ship faster without sacrificing qualityMentor engineers through code review, pairing, and design discussionIdentify high-leverage opportunities in product, operations, and data—and drive themHelp shape engineering practices, standards, and culture as we scaleOwn a major product areaImprove company-wide reporting and analyticsMentor and support other engineers on our teamDrive measurable improvements in operational KPIs through your product initiativesSkills5+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production softwareDeep experience with React (or React Native) and Ruby on Rails—requiredStrong command of SQL and relational databases—you can model data well, write performant queries, and reason about schema design.
