[Remote] Senior Product Enablement Manager

As the Senior Product Enablement Manager, you will design and implement enablement programs to ensure GTM teams effectively communicate Vanta's product value and capabilities, driving product adoption and revenue outcomes.ResponsibilitiesDevelop the Product Enablement Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training strategy aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needsCreate and Manage Training Content: Lead the creation of engaging and scalable training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certificationsOversee Product Documentation: Partner with product teams to ensure our help center, knowledge base, and other documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up-to dateAnalyze and Optimize: Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation.
