[Remote] Senior Product Designer - Core Products

The role involves designing features for complex B2B SaaS products, integrating AI into the design process, and collaborating with product managers and engineering teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.ResponsibilitiesDesign features and workflows for complex, data-rich B2B SaaS productsAI-native design -- integrating AI across discovery, prototyping, and delivery to accelerate iteration and scale impact across squadsPartner with Product Managers to translate requirements into intuitive UX solutionsContribute to improving consistency across products by applying shared patterns and standardsSupport the evolution of the design system through contributions and feedbackConduct research using product analytics (e.g., Pendo) and customer feedbackCollaborate with Engineering teams, including offshore partners in India, to deliver high-quality designsPresent design work and rationale to product leadership and customersSkills5-8 years of product design experienceB2B SaaS experience is required (please do not apply if you are missing this experience)Demonstrated experience applying AI tools to the design process and building/scaling a design system that unifies experience across a multi-product platform to enable squads to effectively executeExperience designing complex workflows or operations-focused softwarePortfolio demonstrating strong UX fundamentals and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently with guidance and feedback from senior designersStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience working with offshore engineering teams in India is a major plusComfortable navigating ambiguity, demonstrating a positive approach to change with the ability to adapt and remain effective in evolving environmentsCompany OverviewFranConnect is the #1 provider of Franchise Management Systems with the most comprehensive franchising solution on the Planet!
