[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of their e-commerce booking platform, focusing on enhancing user experiences and driving revenue through innovative design solutions.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design for Book across discovery, UX, UI and deliveryTranslate business goals, data insights, and hotel requirements into elegant, high-performing booking experiencesOwn core user journeys such as search, availability, selection, checkout, upsell, and giftingConduct qualitative and quantitative research — interviews, usability tests, funnel analysis, behavioural insightsUse CRO principles, analytics, and experimentation to drive measurable improvements in conversion and revenueCreate high-quality flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designsContribute to and expand our design system with scalable, reusable componentsWork closely with engineering to ensure smooth handover, clarity and high-quality implementationSupport both iterative improvements and larger strategic projects, including the upcoming UX/UI overhaulPresent work with clarity, rationale and evidence — influencing thinking across teamsChampion data-informed, human-centred design and help evolve the product cultureSkills5+ years in product design, ideally in e-commerce, B2C, retail or transactional platformsA portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX/UI work with clear commercial outcomesStrong UX capabilities: user journeys, interaction design, prototyping, IAStrong UI craft with a clean, contemporary digital aestheticProven experience using analytics, experimentation, CRO and A/B testing to guide decisionsComfortable designing for mobile-first experiences and responsive interfacesExperienced running user interviews, usability tests and research cyclesSystems thinker with experience working within and contributing to design systemsExcellent communication skills — clear, articulate, persuasiveConfident working in cross-functional squads with product and engineeringCalm under pressure, organised, and able to balance detail with speedCurious, evidence-led and comfortable challenging assumptionsResponsibility, taking ownership of projects, delivering over expectationsStrong people and communication skills.
