[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of high-quality product experiences across their product ecosystem, utilizing AI-assisted tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and scalable product experiences.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product design for features and workflows across RethinkBH, RethinkCare, and RethinkEdTranslate complex user, business, and technical problems into intuitive, scalable product experiencesPartner closely with product managers, engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders from discovery through deliveryCreate user flows, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and clear design specificationsUse advanced Figma skills to create polished design work, build scalable components, prototype interactions, and support efficient collaborationUse AI-assisted tools to build effective prototypes that help teams test ideas, communicate product behavior, explore interaction models, and move from concept to clarity fasterExperiment with AI-generated or AI-assisted prototypes to validate workflows, demonstrate product concepts, and support better conversations with product, engineering, and stakeholdersUse AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, research synthesis, documentation, critique, and iterationExplore code-based or code-adjacent prototyping when useful to communicate interaction details, motion, responsiveness, or product behavior. This is not an engineering role, and an engineering background is not requiredShare work early and often, invite feedback, and iterate quicklyHelp teams navigate ambiguity, conflicting priorities, unclear requirements, and tough tradeoffsBuild consensus by clearly framing problems, options, risks, and recommendationsPresent design work and prototypes with confidence and clarity to cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and leadershipUse research, customer feedback, usability testing, and product data to inform design decisionsContribute to our design system by creating reusable patterns, improving consistency, and helping ensure feature work scales across productsBuild strong relationships across product, engineering, customer-facing teams, and business leadershipBring energy, positivity, curiosity, and a can-do mindset to complex product challengesSkills5+ years of product design, UX/UI design, or related digital product experienceA strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design, thoughtful problem solving, polished execution, and product impactAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, prototyping, libraries, and design system workflowsExperience designing complex SaaS products for web and/or mobileExperience using AI tools to create prototypes, accelerate design exploration, communicate product ideas, or improve design workflowsComfort experimenting with AI-assisted, code-based, or code-adjacent prototyping tools to make product concepts tangible.
