[Remote] Senior Product Designer

This role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Research teams to design intuitive and scalable solutions while contributing to design standards and systems.ResponsibilitiesDesign end-to-end user experiences within a product or POD, ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency. Translate product requirements and user needs into effective interaction and visual design solutions that align with business goalsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for features and workflows. Iterate based on feedback, research, and data to deliver production-ready designs that meet usability and accessibility standardsWork closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to align on scope, feasibility, and timelines. Ensure design solutions are practical, well-understood, and implemented effectively within the PODLeverage and contribute to design systems, patterns, and standards.
