This role involves conducting research, creating designs, and collaborating with the engineering team to enhance the user experience.ResponsibilitiesOwn UI/UX design for the merchant dashboard, checkout, subscription management, and admin toolsConduct merchant research to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunitiesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in FigmaBuild and maintain the product design systemWrite clear product specifications that engineers can build fromPartner with engineering to prioritize, ship, and iterate quicklySet and raise the design standard as the team growsSkills6+ years of product design experience, including senior-level work at a startup or high-growth companyExperience designing for payments, fintech, or e-commerce productsA strong portfolio of complex, data-rich product work, such as dashboards, admin tools, checkout flows, or SaaS applicationsProficiency in Figma and modern design systemsStrong written communication and the ability to write clear product specificationsComfort working independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentExperience with subscription or recurring-billing productsFamiliarity with the Shopify ecosystemPrior experience at a payments or fintech companyAn understanding of how front-end and back-end systems work togetherBenefitsEquityCompany OverviewRevley is building the revenue operating system for high-growth, subscription-driven brands.
