[Remote] Senior Product Designer

They are seeking an experienced Senior Product Designer to lead end-to-end design for their software suite, focusing on creating intuitive user experiences that support patients and clinicians.ResponsibilitiesLead design for features that improve data collection and patient experience across Beacon’s mobile and web productsPlan, conduct, and synthesize UX research including interviews, usability studies, and field research to inform product strategy and validate design decisionsCreate high-fidelity prototypes, interaction models, and visual designs that bring clarity and simplicity to complex clinical workflowsBuild user-centered design systems and reusable components that enable consistency and scalability across productsTranslate complex clinical requirements into intuitive, compliant, and accessible product experiencesCollaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements, refine concepts, and deliver high-quality productsDevelop and maintain clear design documentation, research insights, and rationale to support cross-functional alignment and long-term product evolutionContribute to Beacon’s culture of experimentation, craftsmanship, and empathy by advocating for users and promoting high-quality product thinkingSkills7-10 years of product design experienceExperience working in healthcare, fintech, B2B in highly regulated environmentsExperience working mobile and web application designStrong UX research skills, including planning, facilitating, analyzing, and communicating user researchExperience working in Figma and FigjamDemonstrated ability to simplify complex workflows through thoughtful interaction design, prototyping, and iterative testingA robust portfolio showcasing mobile and web design, user research, systems thinking, and cross-functional collaborationExperience working within or contributing to design systemsComfort navigating novel problem spaces and translating user needs into clear product directionA collaborative mindset — you're excited to work closely with multiple teams to achieve Beacon's product and design goalsStrong asynchronous communication skills and a knack for making the most of synchronous collaborationProduct-oriented intuition for turning stakeholder needs into scalable, configurable product experiencesExperience using data analytics/ BI tool such as datadog or tableau to understand user behaviourBenefitsEquityPTOOther benefitsCompany OverviewBeacon Biosignals is a neurotechnology company that brings precision neuroscience into clinical trials and treatments.
