[Remote] Senior Product Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Tekmetric is a cloud-based platform aimed at helping auto repair shops optimize their operations. They are looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of their SaaS platform, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to create user-centric experiences that enhance business efficiency for their customers.ResponsibilitiesBuilding end-to-end user experiencesAiding in discovery phases and helping define product requirementsCreating designs, prototypes and artifacts to facilitate user testing and apply learnings to designsGuiding the design team to develop a shared understanding and alignment of solutions that best fit our customer needsAssisting in onboarding new design team members, providing them with insights, best practices, and shadowing opportunitiesCollaborating with product management, engineering and business partners to build and iterate on customer facing productsWorking with other product designers and front-end engineering team to manage a design system used within the consumer product ecosystemCollaborating with engineering to ensure visual quality and finesse of the product and user experienceRegularly soliciting feedback from your peers, including other product designers, product managers and teammates in your product teamChampioning cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/featuresBeing a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business and technologySkills7+ years of experience designing and shipping digital products, with recent experience designing enterprise SaaS productsA portfolio of work that showcases your process and a range of fidelity levels along with finished design work.
