[Remote] Senior Product Data Analyst / SQL Expert

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Catalyte is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst / SQL Expert to support their product and engineering teams in making data-driven decisions. The role involves analyzing user interactions, building data models, and creating visualizations to enhance product performance. Responsibilities • Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define, measure, and analyze product performance. • Design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments (experience with Eppo is a big plus). • Work with clickstream and session data to uncover user behavior patterns and funnel opportunities. • Build robust data models and ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems. • Write advanced SQL queries and Python scripts for analysis, automation, and validation. • Create clean, insightful dashboards and visualizations using Looker, Tableau, QuickSight, or similar tools. • Conduct data testing and validation to ensure high-quality analytics inputs and outputs. Skills • Senior-level SQL skills are a MUST! • 3–6+ years of experience in product or data analytics roles. • Strong command of SQL, data modeling, and data validation best practices. • Hands-on experience with Python for analysis or automation. • Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Segment, or similar product analytics platforms. • Comfort working cross-functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers. • Experience with A/B testing tools (Eppo, Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, etc.). • Proficiency with at least one data visualization platform (Looker, Tableau, QuickSight). • Experience in SaaS, consumer web, or growth analytics environments. • Familiarity with Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or dbt. • Knowledge of statistical testing or experimentation frameworks.
