constituent engagement through data and intelligent workflows.ResponsibilitiesOwn portfolio-level business outcomes including revenue growth, retention, platform adoption, and customer expansionDevelop a deep understanding of government customers, including their constituent engagement goals, internal workflows, operating models, data needs, and backend processesSpend regular time with customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to inform roadmap priorities and validate product decisionsClarify GXI’s role across the Granicus Experience ecosystem, including its relationship to GXC and GXADefine product-led growth pathways that drive adoption, activation, expansion, and retentionIdentify packaging and monetization opportunities, including what should be bundled, premium, cross-sold, or used to support upgrade motionsPartner with UX and research to turn customer needs into intuitive, high-value product experiences for both external-facing and internal government use casesDrive alignment among senior leaders across engineering, design, product marketing, sales, customer success, finance, and other business stakeholdersUse customer feedback, product usage data, market signals, and commercial input to make disciplined prioritization decisions and document best practices for Emerging Product TeamEstablish success metrics for GXI, including adoption, engagement, customer value, operational impact, expansion, retention, and revenue impactCommunicate roadmap, strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences, including Board-level presentation slidesPartner with executive leadership to define long-term investment prioritiesSkillsSenior product management experience in B2B SaaS, platform products, data/AI products, customer experience, civic technology, workflow automation, or enterprise softwareA strong customer orientation and a track record of using direct customer discovery to shape product strategy and roadmap decisionsAbility to understand complex customer workflows, including both public-facing experiences and internal operational processes, and translate them into clear product requirements, differentiated experiences, and measurable outcomesExperience defining product-led growth, packaging, pricing, monetization, or expansion strategiesStrong technical fluency and ability to partner effectively with engineering, architecture, data, and AI teamsExcellent communication skills, including the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and align stakeholders around a shared directionStrong analytical judgment, with comfort using qualitative and quantitative inputs to prioritize product investmentsHigh ownership mindset, bias for action, and ability to influence across functions without formal authority10-15+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS and/or Government Technology, preferably in product management or similar customer-oriented rolesDemonstrated success in externally facing product roles involving customer engagement and GTM readinessStrong communication and storytelling skills, comfortable leading executive conversations and customer-facing discussionsExperience driving pricing strategy, customer pilots, or market validation programsStrategic mindset with a high degree of comfort in ambiguity and cross-functional complexityDeep understanding of enterprise buying behavior and public sector/government technology marketsExperience with public sector, government technology, civic engagement, digital services, customer communications, case management, workflow automation, or government operationsExperience with AI, analytics, personalization, journey orchestration, audience segmentation, operational intelligence, or
