[Remote] Senior Principal, Marketing Strategic Finance & Analytics

The Senior Principal, Marketing Strategic Finance & Analytics will support the Strategic Finance & Analytics team by managing budgets, performing financial analysis, and developing marketing strategies to drive growth for the company. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.ResponsibilitiesSupport strategy discussions on spend allocation & pacing between Finance and Marketing leadershipPartner with Financial Operations to track Marketing media and production budgets in order to inform strategic allocationsEstablish KPI framework for marketing channels and campaigns. Set and monitor KPI targets, OKRs, and efficiency goalsDevelop ROI calculation methodologies with DS and Research, and lead holistic campaign reviews - accounting for qualitative and quantitative impactsSupport weekly reporting needs from Marketing and Hosting orgs as well as quarterly campaign performance reviewsConduct deep dives into business trends and drivers of variance. Independently lead data extraction, analysis, visualization, and presentationPartner with Marketing, Product Marketing and Hosting leadership to develop strategy and support business performanceSkills15+ years of relevant business and analytics experience. Ideally you have a mix of financial planning, management consulting, and/or analytics experienceTechnical experience. financial analysis and modeling skills, SQL experience preferredAbility to work and influence cross-functionally. You will need to partner across internal (marketing, data science, finance) and external partners - proactively facilitating connections between teamsStrong communication skills with audiences at various analytical levels.
