[Remote] Senior Principal LTO Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Principal LTO Salesforce Business Systems Analyst will lead the evolution of enterprise systems within the Lead to Order Platform team, acting as a Product Owner to drive strategic business objectives into high-impact solutions. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to enhance business operations, optimize systems, and deliver scalable technology solutions.ResponsibilitiesResearch SW products and lead vendor evaluation / selection processes for IT business applications through a formal methodologyPerform cost-benefit and ROI analyses for proposed IT systems to aid management in making implementation decisionsCollaborate in the planning, design, development, and implementation of new IT business applications, and enhancements to existing business applications; primarily within the LTO platformCreate use-case models, requirements specifications, and interface diagrams to provide direction to system programmersLead business process design sessions for the purpose of enhancing business operations and information flow through IT systemsLead and execute system testing activities, including end-user acceptance testing, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation supportLead training, communications and change management efforts for systems implementation projectsLead acquisition integration efforts to migrate data, systems, and business processes to Deltek’s Salesforce and Marketing platformsPrepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in IT business systems across the enterpriseReview and analyze the effectiveness of existing LTO systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systemsProactively partner with business and technical teams to provide ongoing support and systems / process improvementsProvide thought leadership and guidance to other team members, both technical and business.
