[Remote] Senior Principal Account Manager, Global Account

The Senior Principal Account Manager, Global Accounts is responsible for leading the global account strategy and driving sales execution for a leading North American Automotive OEM, fostering relationships with senior executives and aligning ADI's priorities with customer objectives.ResponsibilitiesDrive profitable revenue growth and market share expansion within the assigned global accountEngage deeply across the customer’s decision-making lifecycle, from early solution definition through design win and commercializationEstablish ADI as a trusted strategic partner by developing a deep understanding of customer business and technical challenges and delivering differentiated, value-based solutionsTranslate customer strategies and requirements into actionable internal plans, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to address complex business opportunitiesLead and coordinate global, cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and convert opportunities into revenueLead the global OEM account team to ensure effective coverage across key customer sites and regionsDevelop and maintain a comprehensive Strategic Account Plan, including long-range (multi-year) revenue growth objectivesLead commercial engagements, including contract negotiations and pricing strategies, to achieve mutually beneficial outcomesProvide regular business updates and account insights to ADI senior leadershipBuild and sustain relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers at all organizational levels, including executive leadershipOwn overall account performance, including proactive management and resolution of customer business issuesSkillsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or related technical discipline; advanced degree (MBA) preferredDemonstrated ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-evolving automotive and semiconductor technology environmentMinimum of 10 years of experience in sales, account management, product marketing, or related customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of resultsProven expertise in semiconductor sales processes, including early-stage customer engagement and design-in strategyStrong executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to constructively challenge and drive alignmentDemonstrated leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities across matrixed organizationsStrong program and project management skills, with the ability to leverage cross-functional expertise to achieve business objectivesHigh level of personal drive, resilience, and accountability, with a focus on delivering market leadership outcomesAbility to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10% or more), including overnight staysAdvanced degree (MBA)BenefitsDiscretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factorsMedical, vision and dental coverage401kPaid vacationHolidaysSick timeOther benefitsCompany OverviewAnalog Devices (NYSE: ADI) defines innovation and excellence in signal processing.
