[Remote] Senior Pricing Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to manage end-to-end pricing for proposals and ensure compliance with cost principles while collaborating with cross-functional teams.ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end pricing for proposals, from solicitation review and strategy through final cost volume submissionBuild and maintain audit-ready Excel models including labor, indirects, escalation, fee, and subcontractors that are clear, accurate, and easy to defendApply and interpret cost principles and requirements such as FAR Part 31, 2 CFR 200, and agency guidance to ensure compliant, responsive pricingPartner with cross-functional teams to translate staffing and level of effort into budgets, validate rates and assumptions, and integrate subcontractor proposals and required flowdownsSupport cost narratives and final proposal reviews, checking for cost realism, consistency with the technical approach, and mathematical accuracyHelp strengthen pricing templates, tools, and processes, and provide support for audits, negotiations, and post-award analysisContribute to select FP&A activities, including supporting budget-to-actual variance analysis and providing pricing data to inform internal financial planning discussionsSkillsBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field5+ years of hands-on pricing experience for federal and/or state government contractsAdvanced Excel skills and comfort building complex, multi-variable pricing modelsWorking knowledge of FAR Part 31 and 2 CFR 200, including experience across contract types (cost-reimbursable, T&M, fixed price)Clear communicator who thrives in a collaborative, deadline-driven proposal environmentCandidates must be currently eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not availableAll work must be performed within the continental U.S. for the duration of employment, unless required by contractAbility to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time, unless otherwise approved by your managerRemote employees must maintain a dedicated, ergonomically appropriate workspace free from distractions, with reliable internet and a mobile device that supports efficient workPricing experience for health-focused programs (e.g., HHS/CMS/CDC/NIH/HRSA; Medicaid/public health)Familiarity with GSA Schedules and contract vehicles such as IDIQs/GWACsExperience supporting audits and indirect rate activities (e.g., DCAA) and/or competitive price-to-win workFamiliarity with tools such as GovWin IQ, Salesforce, SharePoint, Power BI, and/or Deltek CostpointSome exposure to FP&A concepts or processes, such as budget development, variance reporting, or financial forecastingBenefitsIf youโre near one of our offices (Arlington, VA; Silver Spring, MD; or Novi, MI), youโll join us in person one day every other month ( 6 times per year ) for a fun, purpose-driven Collaboration Day.
